How to plan your round
239
The book prints.
The hole as it is: the fairway, the hazards and the distances.
DR 209
The caddie suggests.
A club and a target for each shot, from your bag and the conditions. Typed, so you know whose idea it is.
A 173
You modify.
Move your markers, change the plan and keep your score. Once you plan a shot, yours replaces the caddie’s.
01 · The yardage book
Every hole, mapped.
Each hole is a page, drawn like the books the pros carry, with a green page behind it.
- Every hazard labelled with the distance to reach it and to carry it.
- Markers at the bunkers and corners that matter. Put them where you want them.
- Green slopes, an arrow every 2 metres, where supported.

02 · The course planner
Your round, the night before.
Open a course and plan it without starting a round: where each shot should finish, and the club that gets you there. On your phone or at t2g.club, and it’s waiting on the first tee.
- Choose to plan your round without weather factors in play, in calm conditions.
- Or plan in advance: pick a day in the coming week, see its weather and wind, and plan with that forecast.

03 · The caddie
Your bag, mapped for best advice.
Every shot is planned from the carry and total you enter for each club. The caddie reads the green where the slopes are known, and checks the wind.

Your bag
Your clubs, your numbers.
Carry and total for every club. Shots over trouble are planned on carry, lay-ups on total.

The flight
See it land first.
The shot view flies the ball, tracer behind it, in the day’s wind to where your club carries. Where the slopes are known, the caddie picks a landing spot that runs out and stops.

The green
Real slopes, every 2 metres.
From open 1 m LiDAR, where supported. The caddie rolls the ball out on the slopes.
6 Iron · 143 m carry
7 Iron · 143 m carry
4 Iron · 143 m carry
The wind
Wind affects the ball’s flight.
Pick the right club for the day, from the hour’s wind along the shot. Gusts get a word in the note.
In tournament mode you see distances only. The note, the heights and the club advice the Rules don’t allow stay hidden.
04 · On the course
From where you stand, and on your wrist.
The book measures from you and turns to the next hole as you walk onto its tee. The Apple Watch shows the hole at a glance, and carries on with the phone in the bag.
- Front, middle and back of the green, at arm’s length in sunlight.
- The club for your next shot, and the wind across it.
- Record each shot from the watch as you reach your ball.
- Mark where the pin is, and the players behind you see it.

05 · The card
One live card for the group.
Score for yourself and the people you’re playing with, or share the card so everyone scores from their own phone. A club’s card: every set of tees, par and stroke index, birdies ringed and bogeys boxed.
Rounds are kept with their putts and fairways, in your own iCloud.
